I would advise you to find a keyword with over 50 searches a month and a low competition of  300-400 websites. A simple Google search will show you more than enough keyword competition tools you can use for this part of the task.

The keyword phrases that fit 50 monthly searches with a low competition ( under 300 ideally ) are to be used in your content on your site.
